Common questions…

  • Reach out today and I am happy to schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to determine whether we're a good fit. I understand the importance of finding a therapist that is right for you. If you decide to proceed, I will send a Consent to Treatment and Intake Form to be completed and returned prior to our first appointment. I am currently accepting new clients and can usually book an appointment within 1-2 weeks of contact.

  • Therapy is a very personal journey that can be both sacred and fun. Everyone has a unique story and a reason for connecting with a therapist. There is no right or wrong reason to reach out for support. I look forward to working with you to help you discover yourself, develop new insights, and to help you move through life in the most authentic and aligned way.

  • Length of treatment is a case-by-case discussion. While some individuals may choose to only have a few sessions together, others will choose to stay in therapy for years. Your treatment plan is customized to reflect your unique goals and commitment to the process. My aim, however, is to provide you with tools to help you thrive without needing life-long services.

Upon payment, a receipt will be provided to you so that you can submit the claim to your insurance company directly or claim for tax deduction purposes. Please note that I am a Registered Social Worker in British Columbia and Ontario. I encourage you to check with your extended health insurance to ensure that my services are included in your coverage plan.
