These modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you address your challenges. During our time together, we will compassionately explore ways to build strengths, enhance resilience, and encourage an overall sense of well-being. My approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of creating a life worth living and seeks to nurture the positive aspects of the human experience.
